One of the 'tricks' I've learned along the way to prolong and keep a sharp cut on a diamond trim saw blade is to reverse the blade for a few cuts on somewhat softer stones. Seems to help clean out the blade buildup, and when turned back around, the blade will cut better. But sometimes it seems to 'grab' some right away. Any other advice out there?

We have run across some Turquoise from the Cananea Mine in Mexico. This is some 40 year old rough that has been tumble polished. Beautiful and blue..can't find this anywhere. Check it out.

There are many ways to polish Turquoise..we would love to hear your methods. But here is one one ours..start with diamond up until 3000 grit and then finish with Holy Cow polish using a soft felt buff on a flex shaft..works beautifully. Now, we have had some friends have trouble with this and they use diamond all the way..they go from 3,000 to 50,000 then finish up with 100,000.
